Thinly Sliced Prosciutto with Fig Jam and Crostini @ Alta Strada

Thinly Sliced Prosciutto with Fig Jam and Crostini 15.00
The sweet fig jam is infused in the toasted slice of bread where you can layer the thinly sliced prosciutto (cured/aged ham) to eat it together. Truly a delightful appetizer under the Primi (first course) section on the menu.

Now, that looks delicious
its a perfect blend of sweet jab and aged ham.
Looks like there Is a sauce mixed with the prosciutto. What’s the sauce and garnish?
I believe it was parsley and some light sweet sauce. The light sauce was mostly overpowered by the prosciutto.
