About: The word ‘food’ is ingrained into my genetic make-up. I grew up in a family oriented around food. I practically grew up in a restaurant. When I was a child, I was very stubborn about what I ate. No mushrooms, no cheese, nothing gooey. But all that went to pass, as the ‘seed’ within me blossomed into the passion I have for food today. One thing I must note though, I am no self-proclaimed connoisseur, food specialist, nor iron chef. What differentiate me and most others, is the fact that I am willing to take the leap of faith into new territories and strive to heighten my sense of taste and smell. What is the purpose? Not to boast on dinner table, nor feel superior, but to take what I have been blessed with, my palate, and utilized it to the max!

About: I have lived and traveled all over the world and would like to share with you a few of my thoughts on some of the various dishes I have tried. Bare in mind I enjoy simple rather than complex courses and therefore prefer comfort food. My reviews will lean more towards the classic traditional dishes and I will try to keep them as objective as possible. If you have any further questions or concerns relating to any of my reviews please post a comment below them and I will be sure to respond! Thank you and bon appetit!
