Corned Beef Hash $7.95

The OPH has their own special recipe of corned beef, not too salty,
and doesn’t leave you thirsty.
The hash brown is not pan-fried, it isn’t exactly mashed,
and doesn’t leave your tongue itchy.
I ordered my eggs over-easy, I let the well-balanced mixture of corned beef  and hash
submerge in the two yolks.
With the silky egg white, this comfort breakfast item is a mouthful experience of textures and
will last you till time for
high tea.

This restaurant serves from 6:30am-12:30pm and till 1:30 pm on the weekends.
Be ready to line up and bring cash, that’s the only big price you need to pay.

Waz-Za – $22.00

Norma’s offer’s a variety of dazzling innovative breakfast items, one of them being the Waz-Za. It is a Belgium waffle topped with sliced bananas, blended strawberry, and grapes, but unlike the typical fruit and waffle combination, it is torched to have a brûlée texture. The torching caramelizes the fruit mixture on top for a slightly bitter sweet taste. If you prefer a fruity meal, this will no doubt please you. Sticky pure maple syrup on the side.

The smaller version of the German Pancake. For those who have a smaller appetite.

German Pancake – $10.25

This over-sized pancake from Walker Bros. takes about 20 minutes to prepare, but it is worth the wait. The delicate and thin pancake is dense on the bottom with quality egg and batter mixture and extremely crispy and fluffy on the side of the ‘wall.’ The massive pancake has some powdered sugar on it so it doesn’t necessarily need syrup and it comes with a side of lemons if you so choose to use it. This oven-baked masterpiece is a must try for pancake enthusiasts. The smaller companion is called the Dutch Baby.

Texas Style French Toast – $8.50

Thick french toasts that are sprinkled with powdered sugar with an extra order of fresh fruits. Syrup on the table is provided. One word to describe the toast…fluffy.

At this renown breakfast diner in Boston, this specific entree was not extraordinary. The typical off the shelf pancake mix with sliced fruits. Very cafeteria style.

Brioche French Toast – $19.00

Fluffy brioche french toast with a slight hint of rum  and caramel drizzled over it. On top of the french toast are sprinkled raisins, diced apples, and chocolate shavings. These compliments with the french toast may seem all too sweet, but there are slices of bananas carmalized on only one side to tone down the sweetness. And last but not least is a small bottle of pure raw maple syrup to come with the dish. How is that for a morning brunch!
